WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US, India or Asia. Please expect 5-20 days to receive your order for FREE shipping, international shipping times will depend on the country you live in. 

For certain items we will ship from the U.S. (a lot of our Clearance items) which is only 2-5 business days.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

I SUBMITTED A CONTACT FORM BUT HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU GUYS?

We will ALWAYS respond back to customer inquiries within 24-48 hours. Please DOUBLE-CHECK the e-mail you are inputting for us to get back to you. If it is incorrect and you're using a different name than your order we have no other way to look up your order!!! Trust me we aren't ignoring you, but if your information is incorrect we have no way to get a hold of you.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FREE U.S. SHIPPING! We do have different shipping tiers for INTERNATIONAL shipping, unfortunately the costs are really high and we can't offer free shipping, but we do absorb as much of the shipping cost we can and try to provide you with the best shipping option for your country.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

This depends on various reasons: the product ordered, where it is coming from, and how much we have in stock due to selling out fast with our sales most times. If you're still not sure or haven't received tracking, just email us. We're happy to help you!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We NOW ship internationally!

WHEN DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been processed and shipped. Please allow at least 48-72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.

If for some reason the tracking isn't working from our email confirmation, you can also try our secondary option and enter your tracking # by clicking  here.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages, so you may receive one item before the next. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Sometimes our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

If 24 hours has passed since you have placed your order and you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be canceled.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase . Returns will not be granted on used merchandise If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days NO QUESTIONS ASKED . We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

If you no longer want your order for any reason whatsoever, you can return the order to us for a full refund excluding any shipping costs.

We strive for a 100% satisfaction shopping experience, if there are any issues at all please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems or queries that may arise. We want to make sure you're happy :)

MY ADDRESS WASN'T ENTERED CORRECTLY! CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address Snatched Up Store can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and double check once you are at our checkout page completing your order.
